Return & Replacement Guidelines
To ensure a smooth experience, we have a clear Return or Replacement Policy in place. However, please note that returns or replacements are only applicable in cases where an incorrect item has been delivered.
Each product is handmade on a made-to-order basis by our skilled artisans. As a result, slight differences or variations are to be expected and are a natural part of handcrafted goods—they do not qualify as defects.
Conditions for Eligibility
If you’ve received a wrong product, it must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return or replacement:

The product should be unused, in its original condition, and must have all tags and labels intact.

It must be returned with the original packaging.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, or tampered packaging (e.g., opened seals or bent tags) will not be accepted.

Customized or personalized orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
A valid proof of purchase (such as order confirmation or invoice) is also required to process the return.

Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in cases where an incorrect item has been delivered. Depending on the situation, the resolution offered may be in the form of a replacement or exchange.
Refunds will be processed only if the requested product is not available in stock. If we are unable to provide a replacement due to unavailability, we will initiate a refund for the same.
Please note:

Only regular-priced products are eligible for a refund or return.

Items purchased during festival sales, special promotions, or event-based gifting are non-refundable.

Custom-made or handcrafted products made to order are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If cancelled within this window, a full refund will be processed without any conditions.
Cancellations made after 24 hours from the time of purchase will not be eligible for any refund.
