4. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it to receive a full refund.
Cancellations after 24 hours are not eligible for refund, as production may have already started.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via registered courier services across India.

  • A flat shipping fee of ₹80 applies to orders valued up to ₹2599.

  • Free shipping is offered on orders above ₹2599.

  • Delivery usually takes 7–10 business days, and customized orders may take 15–20 days.

6. Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns are accepted only if the wrong product is delivered.

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

  • Refunds or replacements are subject to stock availability.

  • Custom-made or festival-based products are not eligible for return or refund.
